Terms and Conditions of Segway Tours:
Budapest Segway Tour City Park
- Anyone who uses Segways must have the ability to climb and descend stairs without any assistance
- Minimum Age is 10 years old
- People with weight under 40 kg (90 lbs) or over 130 kg (280 lbs) must not use the Segway
- It is not allowed to use the Segways under the influence of drugs or alcohol and these people will not be entitled to any refund
- Pregnancy is considered as a cause for exclusion
- Tours go in all weather conditions and therefore refunds/exchanges are not given because of bad weather
- Participants must complete a liability waiver (children under 18 years must have an adult sign for them)

Meeting Point of Cruise: Danube Palace, District V, Budapest. Danube Palace is a short walk from the Dock by Chain Bridge, (occasionally the Dock is assigned on the Buda side so there is no fixed Dock, instead there is a fixed Meeting Point)
