You can contact us from Monday to Sunday about our cruises (day cruises and night cruises, opera cruises, etc.). We do not operate a menu based central phone contact to avoid automatic hassle and to follow through email requests, which are easily monitored by cruise supervisors. Nevertheless, each cruise program has its own dedicated hostess phone number (sent to you after purchase).
Docks
Docks are assigned by the Budapest Danube Authorities. Many of the cruises has a flexible dock. The dock information, or meeting point details are sent to you in your confirmation email, after reservation. Docks and Meeting Points are complemented by Getting There information so that you can more easily find the specific dock of your chosen program.
Likewise, each program has its own dedicated mobile phone contact at the Dock / Meeting Point.
Most docks are located along the Pest side of the city center of Budapest, between the Margaret Bridge and the Liberty Bridge. Some cruises, however, will leave from the Buda side of Budapest, typically from near the Szilagyi Dezso Square (close to Batthany Square Metro Station).
Please note that some of the cruises are run by our ship partners, or independent cruise companies in Budapest (e.g. the Budapest Wine Tasting Cruise), so we may need to contact them first to provide you up to date info.

The new rate for the early bird discount is €125, which will eventually reach over €160 per person by Dec 31 (but normally the cruise is booked up days / weeks before the event)

yes, the 80 min version is the same program but without dinner. The program starts at 7.30pm from the Pest side of the Danube near Elisabeth Bridge.
Guests can normally stay for the whole evening if they wish and order meals or drinks on board.

My friends and I turned up at 6:30 on Saturday 29th Jan for our River Cruise booking as asked and waited for the boat to arrive. We called the contact at 7pm to be told that the River Cruises aren’t running until February, despite us booking and paying for the cruise a few weeks ago.
If the cruises aren’t running, then tickets should not be available to buy.
Please refund the €104 EUR back to my account and send a confirmation email back to me.

That said, depending on how tourism is reinvigorated by Sep, there might be some Sunday night party cruises. Please check the availability closer to the date of your holiday, in early or mid August.
