  Hi, I just paid for a ticket for a 7pm Snack Cruise on the Danube River and I never got emailed my ticket. I worried I may have had a typo in my email. Can you check to see what happened? I can email the receipt if necessary?

  For the tours that are guided and leave at 9pm and 930pm. The ticket comes with one drink. Is it possible to buy more drinks when onboard that particular cruise ? I think the website said it was the legenda boat. Thanks

    Hello Gemma, yes, vegetarian dishes are available on all dinner river cruises in Budapest, but please indicate it in your booking form that you are ordering 1 (or 2) vegetarian menus, so that the chef can prepare accordingly. The best deal is dependent on what you wish to have included in the price of the cruise fee on the cruise. Typically 2016 cruise fees will increase by a few Euros compared to 2015 prices. The meeting point is a 5 min walk from the Chain Bridge, Meeting point at 9.30 pm in the Danube Palace, Address: 5 Zrinyi Street Budapest District V https://budapestrivercruise.com/10-pm-budapest-cruise-dock-schedule

    Hello Sophia, it depends on which cruise you have booked for tonight. If you booked the 10 pm cruise with 2 drinks (and no guide), quote from the confirmation email "Meeting Point of the Cruise: please check the departure dock of your cruise following this link: https://budapestrivercruise.com/10-pm-budapest-cruise-dock-schedule-2015-boat-tours. Please arrive half an hour before the actual cruise starts to ensure seamless embarking." However, if you have booked the 10 pm sightseeing cruise tonight on the Legenda boat (1 drink + audio guide via earphones), the dock is near Vigado Square, Dock 7 Jane Haining rakpart. Have a nice cruise in Budapest! Email contact for emergencies / urgent questions is a more efficient way for us to respond quickly. We check comments too, but email is perhaps the fastest way to reach us for additional information about boat tours. Hope the above details were coming in time for you.

    Thank you Nathalie, for your inquiry. We respond to emails faster than to comments on the website, so hopefully this information still arrives in time. If your questions are about the 10 pm Danube cruise, yes, window seats are available as the whole boat is wit windows by the side (85% of the side). Hotel drop off and pick up are not included in the price. The dock is located centrally by the Chain Bridge on the Pest side for the November and December 10 pm cruises (in spring, summer, fall months the docks may change!) The Grand Hotel on Margaret Island is not too far from the boat by taxi, but public transport is a bit more complicated from the island. Please check the car route here: https://goo.gl/maps/VWw55
