Hungarian Veal Paprikash with Egg Dumplings – a traditional Hungarian meal
Vegetarian option (has to be pre-ordered): Mediterranean Risotto Served in Roasted Sweet Paprika (V)
Dessert
Hungarian Trifle – “Somlói” Cup Cream

We reserve the right to modify the menu, while maintaining the same quality standard and overall category of ingredients.
Special Dietary Requirements & Allergens
Naturally, we are pleased to accommodate guests with special dietary requirements or allergens. These must be submitted possibly four weeks prior (kindly refer to our email for the deadline) to the event date, allowing sufficient time for the Chef to propose suitable alternatives, for your confirmation, and — if required — for the corresponding special menus to be prepared and printed accordingly.
In the case of severe allergies, we regret to inform you that we are only able to accommodate such dietary requirements if trace amounts (possible cross-contamination) can be tolerated
As the cruise kitchen operates in a shared production environment, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free preparation area. Should trace exposure pose a health risk, we would unfortunately not be in a position to serve the affected guest. We therefore kindly request written clarification in advance so that we can assess each case responsibly and ensure guest safety.
Custom Menu Cards & Drinks Cards (Branding Available)
Custom menu cards and drink cards can be arranged upon request, provided the artwork and requirements are submitted at least four weeks prior to the event date.
Branded versions are also available (including corporate logos and tailored design elements). Kindly request a separate quotation should you wish to explore this option.
