Boarding: 19:50 – 20:20
Departure: 20:20 (no late arrivals can join once the boat leaves the dock)
Cruising: approx. 20:20 – 23:00
Disembarking: 23:00 – 23:15
All guests are kindly asked to leave the boat by 23:15 as the vessel moves away after this time.

Dock: Academy Dock 3, Budapest
Return: same pier, north of the Chain Bridge
Look for the “Akadémia 3” sign.
Budapest has many docks – please ensure you go to the correct one named on your confirmation as the boat will leave at the scheduled time (joining at a different dock is not possible)

Know Before You Go

Buffet Dinner – self-served, all-you-can-eat. For food sensitivities, please speak to the onsite staff.
Full Open Bar – unlimited wines, beers, soft drinks, spirits, and cocktails served at the table or on request.
Rooftop Terrace – open throughout the cruise; access via the stairs beside the sliding doors. It may be windy; bring a warm layer.
Smoking – permitted only on the rooftop terrace in the marked area.
Cloakroom – self-served and unattended. Keep valuables with you.
Photography – by attending, you agree that photos may be taken and used by the organiser and partners.
Lost & Found – items are stored for 12-24 hours (not posted)
Emergency – please follow all crew instructions for your safety.
