Experience the spectacular Budapest Fireworks from one of the most exclusive viewpoints: the Danube. This special evening programme begins with a 30-minute guided sightseeing cruise, allowing guests to admire the beautiful panorama of Budapest before the vessel reaches its designated anchoring position.
The Fireworks cruise programme starts at 7.30 pm and includes an 30 minutes cruise ride, before anchoring at an officially designated location. From there, guests can comfortably enjoy the fireworks display, expected to begin at around 9 pm, with uninterrupted views from the river. After the fireworks, guests are welcome to remain on board until 10 pm.

During the cruise, you can admire the remarkable skyline of Budapest, including several UNESCO World Heritage sites and many of the city’s most famous landmarks. The Danube provides a unique perspective of the capital, allowing guests to enjoy the Danube riverside attractions of the city while comfortably seated on board.
Kindly note that all cruise ships have to be docked during the fireworks for safety reasons.

Dock
The dock location is in the city centre of Budapest by the iconic Chain Bridge:
Academy Dock 2 ” Akadémia 2.” pier
The default pier is near the Chain Bridge on the busy Pest side of the city, 5 minute walk from the city centre. It can be easily approached by Tram 2 or various buses. Taxi and bus drop off is by the Chain Bridge car park, Pest side.
If you book your seats online, please print out your online tickets as proof of payment (confirmation email is only sent after payment). Cruise guests are kindly asked to arrive 15 – 20 min before the cruise departs. Boarding details will be available in your confirmation email.
Please note that the boat is subject to change – if maintenance is needed, a different boat will be scheduled.
