  Hello Sharon, thank you for booking with us. The confirmation email, which was sent to you after the booking, includes all the necessary information. Meeting for the program is 30 min before the cruise at the Ticket Office inside the Danube Palace (Duna Palota), 5 min walk from the river Danube in Budapest city centre. Please arrive half an hour before the actual cruise starts to ensure seamless embarking. The cruise ticket will be exchanged for the boarding pass a the Cash Desk of the Danube Palace.
