    Hello Sharon, we recommend the booking 3 weeks before the actual date. Generally speaking, reservations cannot be canceled, as the seats on the ships are limited. Nevertheless, we strive to find a mutually satisfactory solution should there be any sudden changes in your travel plans or should any unexpected circumstances occur. We kindly as you to please contact us via email as soon as you can. Refund requests are decided by the cruise managers. Hope we can welcome you on board!
