Drink options of Private Cruise

Choose any of the following drink packages for your private ship rental to accommodate your guest’s thirst. There is a bar on the ship if you prefer guests to buy their own drinks.

• 1 Welcome drink only (100 ml Sparkling Wine or Orange Juice)
• Unlimited Soft Drinks
• Non-Alcoholic Open Bar (Soft Drinks, Water)
• Open Bar (Wines, Beers, Soft Drinks, Water)
• Full Open Bar (Wines, Beers, Spirits, Soft Drinks, Water, Coffee, Tea)

Please note that only drinks pre-arranged or sold on the boat can be consumed on the private rental. If you want to bring your own drinks there is a so called cork fee that needs to be paid. Foods can be ordered in advance (finger foods / snacks / sandwiches).

Docking Location

The dock of Clara boat is off the city centre – close to Margaret Island. If you wish to have a city centre dock close to the Hungarian Parliament building you can add it to your reservation.

Entertainment:

• DJ (Surcharge applies)
• Music from Pendrive, or any device with a 3.5″ jack (free of charge)

Projector: if you want to have your own slide show on the boat (for family or no fancy, budget SMB business events, etc.) you can hire a projector. Rental fee is €30 per hour.

Live Guide: you can book your own guide for your Budapest private small group cruise. Please let us know what your language preferences are.

BOOKING

Decoration time: if you want to have the boat decorated for your special occasion (be it a birthday party boat tour, or a hen/stag party, or a romantic proposal) please note that during the decoration time we will book the boat for you. It increases the rental costs as during decoration time we will not sell the boat to another group. Thank you for your understanding.

Cake: you can bring your own cake for your private cruise on Clara boat. We will supply the cutleries and plates for your special private celebration on the ship. The catering fee applies, which is €1 per person. So if you have a birthday or other party of 20 guests, the Cake fee (if you bring your own cake) is €20 in total (€1 per person).

We are glad to help you arrange a Birthday Cake if you wish. Please let us know what cake you prefer and if there are special dietary needs that apply (gluten free, nut allergy etc.)
