Drink options of Private Cruise
Choose any of the following drink packages for your private ship rental to accommodate your guest’s thirst. There is a bar on the ship if you prefer guests to buy their own drinks.
- 1 Welcome drink only (100 ml Sparkling Wine or Orange Juice)

Please note that only drinks pre-arranged or sold on the boat can be consumed on the private rental. If you want to bring your own drinks there is a so called cork fee that needs to be paid. Foods can be ordered in advance (finger foods / snacks / sandwiches).
Boarding
Much to our regret, this particular cruise is not suitable for electric wheelchair users.
Boarding process is not barrier-free, however, manual wheelchair users can board with assistance from our crew and by the help of friends or companions, as the chair will need to be lifted to board the vessel.

Projector: if you want to have your own slide show on the boat (for family or no fancy, budget SMB business events, etc.) you can hire a projector. Rental fee is €30 per hour.
Ship Bar – Drink List
All drinks are served from the ship’s bar, where prices are clearly displayed (in HUF), and the open-bar or unlimited drink package can also be pre-arranged. A tip for the crew is always welcome but not expected. There are no hidden fees — the boat rental fee and handling fee are both transparently shown on your quote and invoice.
You are welcome to bring your own alcohol on board. Please note that the corkage fee equals the value of the drinks consumed, as this covers service, glassware, and waste handling. Your bartender on board will be happy to serve the drinks for you if required. In this sense, there is no traditional corkage fee available on Clara boat as if you bring your own drinks, there will be no savings eventually, nevertheless the advantage remains that you can customise the drink selection itself as you can drink the drinks of your own selection.
By default, external food is not allowed, however – subject to availability – it might be arranged (mini sandwiches or small snacks such as crisps). After prepayment of the base package, there is an option to arrange snacks for the cruise.
The Clara boat is heated in winter, and cooled in summer, so it will be warm and comfortable for a cruise from Oct – April unless the weather is warm.
Custom dock requests can be arranged with an additional 1 hour boat rental to cover fuel, rental costs between Base Dock and Custom Dock (there and back), plus the Docking Fee (in the region of approx. €200)
You can bring your own playlist (included in the rental price). Additionally, you can bring your own DJ. As for the music setup, you may bring your own DJ decks or controller, provided you have flexible power converters/adapters to match standard connections. Please note that no responsibility is taken for any external equipment. The boat has a regular sound system (not a professional club setup), but it can be connected if your equipment is compatible.

Clara Interior Private Cruise
Decoration time: if you want to have the boat decorated for your special occasion (be it a birthday party boat tour, or a hen/stag party, or a romantic proposal) please note that during the decoration time we will book the boat for you. It increases the rental costs as during decoration time we will not sell the boat to another group. Thank you for your understanding.
Cake: you can bring your own cake for your private cruise on Clara boat. We will supply the cutleries and plates for your special private celebration on the ship. The catering fee applies, which is €1 per person. So if you have a birthday or other party of 20 guests, the Cake fee (if you bring your own cake) is €20 in total (€1 per person).
We are glad to help you arrange a Birthday Cake if you wish. Please let us know what cake you prefer and if there are special dietary needs that apply (gluten free, nut allergy etc.)
