Due to the high demand in the high tourist season in Budapest, our Saturday night Budapest river cruise will be organised on the big Europa Ship, which is not only big in Hungarian standards, but in fact the biggest ship (and best equipped) in Central Eastern Europe.

The Budapest night river cruise, as usual, will start at 7pm, on the 1st of September, 2012
The venue is not one of our cosy boats, but the big Europa ship (Europe hajo), which is waiting for us by the Chain Bridge on the river Danube in Budapest. However, our meeting point is behind the Four Seasons Hotel Budapest (the Gresham Palace), a 2 min walk from the river at the Duna Palota (the beautiful neo-baroque Danube Palace)
Budapest Europa Ship cruise
The ship called Europa (Hungarian spelling for Europe) is the biggest event venue in Central Eastern Europe with its gigantic 330 square meter (3552 sq ft) terrace. The event ship is also the best equipped in the CEE region. Europa Ship has unique technical and catering services, separated rooms, dressing rooms, and even a smoking area.
If you walk past the luxurious Gresham Palace, take a look at the Art Nouveau lobby, for its wonderful art deco interior, beautiful chandeliers, mosaics, and for most importantly its Peacock Gate! Anyway, the Four Seasons Hotel reception is used to curious tourists visiting the main hall for its architectural beauty.
Budapest Dinner Cruise
We are leaving in daylight on the Europa ship from the Chain Bridge, but we will be enjoying the sights of Budapest along the river Danube getting gradually lit up after dusk.
