Terms and Conditions of Segway Tours:
- Segway users must have the ability to climb and descend stairs without any help
- Minimum Age: 10 years old
- People under the weight of 40 kg (90 lbs) or over 130 kg (280 lbs) must not use the machinery
- Influence of alcohol or drugs are causes for exclusion, meaning exclusions from any refund
- Pregnant women are not able to participate
- Segway tours go in all weather conditions, refunds/exchanges are not given due to bad weather
- Completing a liability waiver is a must (children under 18 years must have an adult sign for them)
